Welcome to Marr Racing Stables, home of TB and AQHA race bred prospects with champion bloodlines, dispositions that you will enjoy, and conformation you'll be proud to display. Our horses are bred not only for speed but also for good minds and the ability to succeed at any competitive task given them.

We are selective in our choice of stallions for our mares and believe in quality instead of quantity, which calls for breeding the best to the best. We strive to raise individuals which stand out and have the potential to be future champions. A sample of our TB lines may be seen in the photos of Buckaroo (barn name) and a sample of our AQHA lines may be seen in our photos of Brandy (barn name).

We have retained a Marr Appaloosa running mare by our former ApHC race champion Forty One JJ. She is quite the athlete and is making excellent progress toward a future try in world and national barrel and pole competition. We also still have ApHC connections in Oklahoma where four Marr bred Forty One JJ youngsters are growing up and headed for show, race, and performance competition.

In 2007 we were lucky enough to have twin foals. They were by our Race Champion Stallion, "Forty One JJ" and one of our thoroughbred mares. It is very rare that both twins survive. We are no longer their owners, but it was an experience we will never forget!
